Agreement

These Terms govern your use of stylemachine.art (the "Site") and any purchase of merchandise, tickets, or services from Style Machine LLC ("Style Machine," "we," "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you accept these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase from us. Some events have their own age restrictions, which will be noted on the event listing.

Accounts

If you create a member account, you're responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use.

Orders, pricing, and payment

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and exclude shipping and applicable taxes, which are shown at checkout.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order — including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock limits — and will refund any amount charged.
• Payment is processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Pre-orders and made-to-order items will note an expected ship window on the product page.

Tickets, RSVPs, and bookings

• Event tickets are typically non-refundable; if an event is canceled by us, ticket-holders will be refunded or offered a credit.
• RSVPs to free events do not guarantee admission once capacity is reached.
• Booked sessions (workshops, private rentals, etc.) follow the cancellation window listed on the service page; no-shows forfeit the booking.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping is covered in the Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered in the Refund Policy. Both are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — photography, video, designs, text, logos, and marks — is owned by Style Machine or its collaborators and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of it commercially without written permission. Press and editorial requests: email us.

User submissions

If you submit material to us (inquiries, photos, comments), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use it in connection with operating and promoting Style Machine. Don't submit material you don't have rights to.

Prohibited conduct

• Don't use the Site to break the law or anyone's rights.
• Don't scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Site or its security.
• Don't resell tickets above face value where prohibited by local law.

Venue conduct

Attendance at our events and use of our venue is conditional on respectful behavior. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone for harassment, intoxication, or unsafe conduct, without refund.

Disclaimers

The Site and our services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Style Machine's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or our products is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Style Machine harmless from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, unless required otherwise by your local consumer-protection law.

Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
