This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit the site, buy merchandise, book a service, RSVP to an event, or contact us, and what choices you have about that information.

Information you give us. Your name, email, postal address, phone number, billing and shipping details, and the contents of any message you send through our contact, rental, newsletter, RSVP, or booking forms.

Order and account information. Purchase history, cart contents, membership status, ticket and booking records.

Automatic information. IP address, device and browser type, referring URL, pages viewed, and similar log data.

We retain order and account records as long as needed for tax, accounting, warranty, and dispute-resolution purposes — typically up to seven years. Inquiry submissions are kept for up to two years. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time, subject to records we're required by law to retain.

Essential cookies (used for sign-in, cart, and form submissions) are always on because the site cannot function without them. Analytics and marketing cookies are off until you opt in.

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We use industry-standard safeguards, including TLS for data in transit and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
