J.J. Fortune is a graphic designer, software architect, and one of the artists running Style Machine, where he orchestrates AV and operations. He designs the visual environment of a party: flyers, sets, and live video, from a life-size Barbie box guests posed inside to the visuals for Blood Rave. He DJs as XdominionX, playing darkwave, EBM, and industrial. He holds a master's in computer science from UW-Milwaukee and built this website.

Neil Horsky is an artist, designer, educator, musician and writer who moved from Boston to Milwaukee in 2023 to help establish Style Machine.
Much of Neil’s art explores the relationships between truth, mystery, intuition, dreams, chance and play. He produces the semi-annual Name That Schlock gameshow at Cactus Club and the annual Museum of Ambiguous Objects interactive exhibition at Style Machine. He plays drums for the Milwaukee krautrock band, Gore Area II.
Neil currently writes Milwaukee restaurant reviews and Southeastern Wisconsin nature excursion recommendations for the Shepherd Express magazine and blog. He's also a freelance graphic designer working with higher education institutions, community organizations, municipalities, and individual artists.
